Thursday October 5th, the Linsmore Tavern is really excited to welcome one of the most unique and best original bands in Toronto for the very first time, The Fairest and Best! Music fans, this is a night you don't want to miss, as the musicianship from this band is on another level! 

Combining the best of youth and experience, this six piece band from Toronto Canada delivers instantly memorable hooks, exhilarating four-part harmonies, and an eclectic mix of musical genres – from pure delicious pop, to heart wrenching ballads and driving rock – all wrapped in arrangements packed with genuine emotion. 

The Fairest and Best are real "music lovers" band - you'll find it ALL here and it's ALL ORGINAL! Pop, rock, soul, jazz, Latin, country, blues, reggae, new wave, and even power ballads! There songs are multi-genre, highly eclectic, but all performed with heart, humour, hooks, and harmony. But don't take their word for it:

Saturday September 30th, the Linsmore Tavern is so excited to bring in the 2 Tributes to two of Classic Rock bands of all time, Pink Floyd and Rush! Get ready to rock out with Darkest Side of The Moon - Canada's Top Tribute to Pink Floyd and Head Rush - Tribute to Rush for a co-headlining extravaganza! This is going to be a CAN'T MISS Show for you Classic Rock fans!

It's been almost 2 year since  Darkest Side Of The Moon: Canada's Pink Floyd Tribute Band has played at the Linsmore Tavern and we are so excited to welcome them back! The Darkest Side of The Moon has played some fantastic shows over the years at the Linsmore and they always Sell-Out! There has been a resounding amount of requests to bring them in, as they are Canada's TOP Pink Floyd Tribute!  

Darkest Side Of The Moon is a Toronto-based band covering the classic rock music of PINK FLOYD. For over 20 years, Mark McLay has led the band which has toured clubs and theatre concert venues in Canada and the United States.

Current members include: Roark Patton – Lead Vocals  /  Leslea Keurvorst – Lead & BU Vocals  / Mark McLay – Guitars, Vocals  /Cam Britton – Saxophone  /  Brian Heyes – Keyboards  /  Justin  McHugh – Drums  /  Eric Jones – Bass

PINK FLOYD was formed in London and achieved international acclaim with their progressive and psychedelic music. They were inducted into the US Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame in 1996 and the UK Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2005. By 2013, the band had sold more the 250 million records worldwide. PINK FLOYD’s iconic album “The Dark Side Of The Moon” was recorded in 1972 with engineer Alan Parsons at Abbey Road Studios in London, England.

We are very excited to welcome for the first time for this Co-Headlining show, Head Rush who will be performing the music of Canadian Rock Icons, Rush! Rush fans, you will absolutely love the top notch musicianship that Head Rush will bring to this show!
