One of the hottest shows in Toronto is back at the Linsmore Tavern (1298 Danforth Ave), on Saturday September 16th! Heading east of Yonge Street, The Boom Shaka Lakas will be hitting our stage and bringing a Disco party to our place! The Boom Shaka Lakas brought their incredible Disco show with full on customs and dancing to the Linsmore earlier this year and it was without a doubt one of the best live shows that has graced our stage over our last decade plus! Everyone loved the show so much that we had to get this band back again! This will be one of the parties of the year and an evening you don’t want to miss! Tickets are $12 in a advance, $20 at the door.
Hold on to your Farrah Fawcett and John Travolta posters cuz The Boom Shaka Lakas are coming back to the East End and they want to Boogie with you! Dance the night away to all the early Disco tracks straight outta Studio 54. You’ll hear Disco classics by Donna Summer, Sister Sledge, Earth, Wind and Fire, Chic, The Trammps, The Bee Gees, Patti LaBelle, KC and the Sunshine Band and more! There will be a Disco Strut Runway a lá Soul Train so all you Disco Dancers can show off your moves! Boogie on down to The Linsmore Tavern, Saturday September 16. The band starts at 9:30. Disco attire is encouraged!
