Friday July 14th we are bringing back a band who absolutely killed it the last time they played the Linsmore Tavern (1298 Danforth Ave) earlier in January of this year! ZERO GIVEN will be in the house and will bring their very diverse setlist spanning from the 60s to now to our stage! This band blew us away on a Thursday night with a capacity crowd! In fact they were so good, we had to bring them back and this time not on a school night1 Get ready for a fun night of music with this excellent band. The show starts at 9:30pm, there’s no cover!
ZER0 GIVEN is a GTA based rock cover band and the official band of the Toronto Hash House Harriers (an international drinking club for people with a running problem!). The group is made up of five diverse individuals: Lead vocalist Spence is rumoured to be the leader of a cultish Oasis fan club. On rhythm guitar, Tom is Zero’s lone American member and has an unconscious ability to forget any Canadian band or their songs. On lead guitar, Brian is proof that you don’t need hair to be a rockstar. Filling out the bottom end, bass player John is known for his lack of both his onstage clothing and tact while drummer Scott remains traumatized having to keep the beat behind John and his wardrobe choices.
Come out and dance, listen and see friends while ZeroGiven plays a wide range of music from the 60’s to present day including The Kinks, The Black Keys, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Pixies, The Georgia Satellites, Dandy Warhols and many, many more!
